Thank you for choosing The Shipping Den. By using our services, visiting our location, receiving packages through our facility, renting a mailbox, or utilizing any of our shipping, packing, printing, notary, or business services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms are designed to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional experience for all customers.

General Terms

The Shipping Den provides shipping, receiving, mailbox rental, mail forwarding, packing, printing, document services, notary services, and related business support services.

By utilizing any service offered by The Shipping Den, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Shipping Den reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, prohibited shipments, abusive conduct, or any activity that may violate applicable laws or carrier policies.

Package Receiving Policy

The Shipping Den is pleased to offer secure package receiving services for customers.

Non-Mailbox Customers

For customers who do not maintain an active mailbox account with The Shipping Den, the following package receiving fees apply:

• $3.00 package receiving fee per delivery.
• Applicable to deliveries from FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, and other private carriers.
• Storage fees of $1.00 per package per day begin the day after the package arrives.
• All receiving and storage fees must be paid in full before any package is released.
• Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at pickup.
  
  

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that remain unpaid or unclaimed for more than thirty (30) calendar days after arrival may be returned to the sender without further notice.

The Shipping Den is not responsible for shipping charges, return fees, or losses resulting from returned packages.

USPS Deliveries

Federal regulations require a completed and approved USPS Form 1583 on file before The Shipping Den may accept U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mail or packages on behalf of any customer.

Any USPS delivery received without proper authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Oversized or Special Handling Packages

Additional fees may apply for oversized, overweight, palletized, refrigerated, hazardous, or unusually large deliveries requiring special handling or storage.

The Shipping Den reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any package at its sole discretion.

Shipping Services

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate recipient information.
• Properly declaring shipment contents when required.
• Complying with all carrier restrictions and regulations.
• Ensuring shipments do not contain prohibited, restricted, hazardous, or illegal items.

The Shipping Den acts as an authorized shipping center and is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or delivery failures caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, or other third-party carriers.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in accordance with the carrier’s policies and procedures.

Mailbox Services

Mailbox customers must maintain accurate contact information and comply with all mailbox rental agreements.

The Shipping Den reserves the right to terminate mailbox services for non-payment, misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of applicable regulations.

Mail forwarding services are provided based on customer instructions and applicable fees.

Notary Services

Notary services are provided in accordance with Arizona state laws and regulations.

Customers are responsible for bringing valid identification and ensuring all documents are complete prior to notarization.

The Shipping Den and its notaries reserve the right to refuse notarization when permitted or required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Shipping Den shall not be liable for:

• Lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages.
• Carrier errors or service interruptions.
• Acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Customers agree that any liability arising from services provided by The Shipping Den shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Privacy

The Shipping Den respects customer privacy and will make reasonable efforts to protect personal information collected during the course of business.

Customer information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, carrier requirements, postal regulations, or law enforcement requests.

Changes to Terms

The Shipping Den reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms will become effective upon posting to our website or displaying them at our retail location.
